We use Klaviyo to send and manage our SMS and email marketing communications. Klaviyo processes your contact information on our behalf and in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

After opting out, you will not receive further marketing texts, though we may still send transactional messages related to an active order if required by law or our agreement with you.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not knowingly "sell" or "share" (as defined under applicable law) the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
